Theater, Reception, & Courtyard Spaces
Pricing ranges from $900 – $1200 for a 5-hour use period, including set up/tear down. Rates are inclusive of standard equipment (projection/sound system, mics, podium, limited tables and chairs, kitchen facilities). Additional audio visual, and lighting equipment can be made available on request. Multiple use pricing available.

Professional projectionist/tech costs begin at $80. Projectionists are required when using audio-visual equipment to ensure the success of your event.

Reception Space Only
Prices start at $300 for a 5-hour use period, including set up/tear down. Limited kitchen facilities, and tables/chairs.

Letelier Theater does not maintain an approved caterer list. We are happy to offer suggestions of caterers familiar with the space.

The courtyard area may be tented with prior approval.
Significantly reduced rates are available for non-profit organizations. Please inquire.

Parking
Covered, on site parking is available at Georgetown Court and Lock garage at 3251 Prospect Street. Pricing: $4/hour or $11 Early Bird Special (applies Monday- Thursday, in by 9:00am out by 5:00pm).
